Accommodation
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, reduced rates are available at The Hilton Leeds City. To book please call the reservations department at The Hilton Leeds City on 0113 2442000, quoting New Business Clinic. Special rates are subject to availability so booking early is advisable.

Confirmation
Once written confirmation of a booking has been received, together with a full remittance, you will be sent a letter of confirmation together with a recipted VAT invoice within 7 days. If you have not received this information within 2 weeks before the conference, please contact the conference organisers as any invoices issued must be honoured.

Data Protection
By registering for a conference, New Business Clinic Limited can provide you with information relating to your booking and other New Business Clinic related events, products or services via email, direct mail, fax or telephone. Please write to the Managing Director, New Business Clinic Ltd, 52 Broadgate Lane, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 4AG, if you do not want to receive this information. We also make your details available to carefully screened companies (excluding email addresses) who have offers that may be of interest to you.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to the address stated above, and made no later than 29th September 2005. Cancellations are subject to a handling and administration charge of £65 plus VAT per delegate, which will be deducted from any due refund or invoice, whichever is appropriate. The company regrets that no cancellations are acceptable within 20 days of the conference date, however a substitute delegate can be nominated. Pre-payments will not be refunded and invoiced sums will be payable in full, except in cases where it has been possible to mitigate loss.
